AKAD in Zurich is seeking a dedicated Consultant & Coordinator Course Management. You will manage registrations, advise learners and parents, and coordinate course administration from intake through graduation.

In this pivotal role you will liaise with learners, teachers, and management. Fluency in German and a hands-on, service-oriented mindset are essential in a dynamic educational environment in Zurich-Oerlikon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative or coordinating roles.
• Excellent German written and spoken communication.
• Strong service orientation and customer focus.
• Structured, precise, and reliable working style.
• Enjoys interaction across different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on initial consultations and conduct further advisory discussions.
• Create offers and accompany applicants until registration.
• Provide organizational and administrative support from registration to class starts and exams to graduation.
• Maintain data in the school administration system with high data quality.
• Support evaluations and reporting and participate in cross-course projects.
• Assist at Welcome Desk and take Saturday reception shifts as rostered.
