Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in engineering, manufacturing, procurement, or cost engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams or complex cross-functional programs.
• Pharma/medical device environment experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of engineers to develop cost models and should-cost benchmarks.
• Collaborate with MSAT and PES to obtain material specs for cost-modeling.
• Develop cost-gap analyses and support supplier negotiations.
• Provide training on should-cost principles and supplier transparency.
• Support procurement category teams with data-driven insights.
