Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director, External Manufacturing, to lead a focused supplier network for Biotherapeutics and/or Synthetics. Based in Zug, Switzerland or other European locations, you will develop category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost, quality, and innovation in collaboration with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MSc or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain.
• Experience in multi-country, multi-sector environments.
• Strong contracting, regulatory, compliance and commercial knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• People management experience required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute category plans to meet short- and mid-term requirements for IM and create value through sourcing strategy and negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships, communicate changes to category strategy, and monitor contract negotiations.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional sourcing team to drive value and innovation.
• Ensure supply continuity, assess stakeholder engagements, and identify risks to the network.
