This onsite/hybrid role partners across Supply Chain, MSAT and PES to deliver data-driven pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities include building cost-modeling pipelines, training engineers, and guiding negotiations with suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in engineering, manufacturing, procurement or cost engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience in precision plastics/packaging, preferably pharma/medical devices.
• Experience specifying, purchasing, validating/commissioning, and supporting manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of clean room operations and utility systems.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team delivering cost-modeling reports and should-cost analyses.
• Collaborate with MSAT and PES to obtain material specifications.
• Develop cost-gap analyses and guide negotiations across supply chain.
• Provide training on cost engineering and supplier transparency.
• Support supplier relations with ad hoc price analysis.
