Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead to join our team in Zuchwil, CH. Based in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will drive multi-disciplinary projects across DePuy Synthes interfaces and our external manufacturers.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, reliability, and cost improvements while ensuring Quality and Compliance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in supply chain/project roles and a strong background in analytics, with fluency in English

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Science, or a related Field is preferred.
• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related Field is preferred.
• Project management methodology certification (e.g., PMP/PMI, FPX) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (4 years of relevant experience with Master’s degree, 2 years with Ph.D).
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, or R&D in a Healthcare Industry.
• Demonstrated ability applying project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and organizational change techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in a complex matrix organization and achieving results through leveraging internal and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
• Experience in data analytics.

Aufgaben

• Provide insights into Value Stream Roadmaps and partner with leaders to identify and execute E2E supply chain projects.
• Shape initiatives to ensure supply chain reliability, quality, compliance and profitability.
• Lead projects in line with standard project management guidelines.
• Lead and resolve issues related to Reliability, Quality and Compliance improvements.
• Develop GP improvement roadmaps and cost improvements aligned to Product Strategy.
• Ensure projects comply with Quality System and drive a culture of quality.
• Develop strong business partner relationships to align on priorities.
