Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• MBA or MSc preferred for advanced roles in procurement.
• Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain across multiple countries.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute category plans to meet short- and mid-term IM requirements.
• Lead supplier relationships and drive negotiations, contracts, and performance against targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and other functions to ensure value delivery.
• Drive category strategy, risk assessment and supplier diversity initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing sourcing team and ensure alignment with business goals.
