• Drive development and execution of SDS-MOPS category strategies aligned with global priorities and regional needs.
• Lead strategic supplier relationship management and complex negotiations to deliver value and growth.
• Deliver measurable procurement value through strategic sourcing, supplier performance improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration across global, regional, and local procurement teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Embed digital capabilities, analytics, automation, and AI into procurement strategies and supplier solutions to improve outcomes.
• Lead organizational change management and coaching to adopt new operating models and supplier strategies.
• Steer value delivery roadmaps, savings targets, and productivity improvements in procurement.
