The role supports complex trust and company formation, ongoing administration, and direct interaction with UHNW clients in a highly professional setting.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in corporate administration and trust administration, strong English and French communication, and a service-oriented mindset.
We are partnering with our valued client, a boutique trust and corporate services advisory company in Geneva, who have an urgent requirement for a corporate and trust assistant to complement its existing team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with UHNW clients, supporting complex trust and company formation and ongoing administration in a highly professional, client-focused environment.
Corporate administration (2-4 years): Experience handling company documentation and administration, maintenance of statutory records, and coordination of corporate formalities.
Trust administration (2-4 years): Practical exposure to trust structures, including day-to-day administration, liaising with trustees and professional advisers, and handling client instructions.
Trust / Fiduciary / MFO knowledge: Understanding of fiduciary duties and multi-family office style services, with the ability to support sophisticated international structures.
Assistant / Administrator capabilities: Strong organisational skills, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines for UHNW clients.
Fluent written and spoken French: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with French-speaking clients and counter-parties, both in writing and verbally.
Client-facing with UHNW individuals: Comfortable dealing with ultra-high-net-worth clients, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
Preferably STEP qualified or similar: Professional trust-related qualification is preferred, reflecting technical understanding of trusts and related structures.
