Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Associate based in Switzerland to join a fast-growing climate tech environment. You will build strong relationships with existing customers, including leading European energy suppliers and utilities, ensuring they derive maximum value from our SaaS platform.

In this fully remote role, you will own onboarding, provide first-line platform support, coordinate training, and monitor account health while collaborating with product, technical, and commercial

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing B2B or enterprise role.
• Experience in the energy sector with utilities or energy software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
• Strong Excel data skills and ability to analyze data (XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities across multiple accounts.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers as the primary day-to-day contact.
• Provide first-level platform support, onboarding, and data-related queries.
• Coordinate onboarding and develop knowledge resources and guides.
• Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot and Notion; monitor health.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews highlighting adoption and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technical Solutions, Product, and Sales to address needs.
• Support contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities with senior colleagues.
• Track KPIs such as GRR, NRR, churn, and CLV.
