Swibeco, a leading Swiss platform for employee benefits, seeks a Client Success Associate in Zurich. You will report to the Head of Client Success and strengthen relationships with clients while promoting Swibeco’s solutions.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional support and guidance. Your role involves onboarding new clients, supporting and engaging them, managing relationships with HR leaders, and translating needs into innovative solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field with at least 2 years experience.
• Fluent in English; Swiss language skills a plus; French and/or Italian appreciated.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Autonomous, proactive, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and quick learner.

Aufgaben

• Report to Head of Client Success and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Promote Swibeco’s solutions through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate client needs into solutions.
• Cross-functional teamwork to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and value realization.
• Collect client feedback and drive service improvements.
