Swibeco, a leading Swiss platform for employee benefits, seeks a Client Success Associate in Zurich. You will report to the Head of Client Success and strengthen relationships with clients while promoting Swibeco’s solutions.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional support and guidance. Your role involves onboarding new clients, supporting and engaging them, managing relationships with HR leaders, and translating needs into innovative solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field with at least 2 years experience.
• Fluent in English; Swiss language skills a plus; French and/or Italian appreciated.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Autonomous, proactive, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and quick learner.

To support our ambition, we are looking for a Client Success Associate to strengthen our team in Zurich.

About the Role

As a Client Success Associate, you will report directly to the Head of Client Success and play a key role in strengthening relationships with our clients while promoting Swibeco’s solutions. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client success, sales, and business development.

Your tasks will include:

• Client Onboarding: Initiate contact and support new clients through a smooth transition, working closely with the Business Development team.
• Client Support & Engagement: Help clients understand the full range of Swibeco’s offerings, providing relevant guidance, training, and ongoing support.
• & Relationship Management: strong relationships with HR Managers and Directors in leading Swiss companies, selling and implementing solutions that enhance employee benefits programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to translate client needs into innovative solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Client Feedback & Improvement: Collect and act on client feedback, continuously improving our services to ensure a loyal and engaged client base.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field with at least 2 years experience.
• You are fluent in both English and (Swiss is a plus) and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Any additional language skills (French and/or Italian) being also appreciated.
• You have a strong business acumen and are comfortable interacting with clients.
• You have excellent relationship-building skills and a keen understanding of client needs.
• You are dynamic, proactive, and have strong organizational and time management skills, able to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
• You have a “can-do” attitude, are a quick learner, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
