Job summary

Lombard Odier Group in Geneva invites you to join as Chief of Staff - Wealth Planning (80-100%). You will support the development and implementation of the Wealth Planning strategy, aligning with global priorities and market dynamics.

You will prepare high-impact presentations for senior stakeholders, act as a liaison with internal and external partners, and lead the annual planning cycle including KPI monitoring and governance.

Qualifications

• University education or equivalent.
• 5 years in similar position or a similar strategic role within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working with senior leadership and navigating organisational dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical or strategic content into business-relevant messaging.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and one-team mindset.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Wealth Planning strategy, aligning with global priorities and market dynamics
• Prepare high‑impact presentations, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders and governance forums
• Act as a liaison between the Wealth Planning and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Lead the annual planning cycle, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and P&L tracking
• Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Drive key projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Leverage data tools to generate insights, support decision‑making, and monitor business performance
