Job summary

Lombard Odier, based in Geneva, is seeking a Business Risk & Support Manager to join its Corporate Services Business Support team on a permanent basis. The role blends risk management with operational support, overseeing data security, compliance, and process improvements while collaborating with risk owners, internal auditors and cross-functional partners.

3–7 years of experience, fluent in English and French, resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in banking, financial services, or risk management.
• Higher education or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data security, access management, and incident management.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate risk remediation plans and monitor corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Corporate Services.
• Support the Chief of Staff and maintain documentation and communications.
