Air Charter Service (ACS) seeks a Group Charter Sales Consultant to join our Geneva office. You will build client portfolios, engage prospects, and source optimal aircraft solutions while managing charter bookings end-to-end.

Six months of training will take place at our London HQ; travel to Geneva/Zurich may be required. Expect a fast-paced role with generous earnings potential and strong career progression in aviation sales.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing experience in luxury products/services.
• Client-focused with ability to build relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Build your portfolio of potential clients through research across databases, websites, industry networks, and social media.
• Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and meetings (virtual and face-to-face).
• Build strong relationships with airlines and aircraft operators to source suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Consistently exceed sales activity, revenue, and performance targets.
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion.
• Represent ACS during flight departures and oversee operations for a seamless client experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where no two days are the same.
