Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business-aviation-related charter sales.
• Working knowledge of charter management systems (Leon, Avinode, Mysky).
• Fluent in English and German and/or French, both spoken and written.
• Solid understanding of international charter operations: permits, customs, Part 91/135/129, CAT II.
• Strong commercial instincts: negotiation skills, pricing discipline, and the ability to protect margins.
• Comfortable working shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Swiss or EU/EEA work authorization (no sponsorship available).
