Air Charter Service (ACS) in Switzerland (Geneva/Zurich) seeks a Group Charter Sales Consultant to build client networks and manage bespoke charter projects from enquiry to completion. A six-month training period in our London HQ is required, with flights and accommodation provided.

You will source clients, coordinate with airlines, and drive strong relationships to secure long-term partnerships, while meeting demanding sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury products/services with a client‑focus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Build a portfolio of potential clients through research across databases, websites, industry networks, and social media.
• Proactively engage prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, and meetings, converting opportunities into customers.
• Source aircraft solutions by building relationships with airlines and operators.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and partnerships.
• Exceed sales activity, revenue, and performance targets.
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion.
• Represent ACS during flight departures and oversee operations for a seamless client experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
