Roche's Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development (pRED) seeks a scientist to advance cell‑based assay development. You will build robust, scalable assays including 3D models to power our drug discovery pipeline and work closely with automation and screening teams.

You bring a Master’s in Cell Biology and 5+ years of industry experience, with hands-on expertise in miniaturization to 384- and 1536‑well formats, data analysis, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Cell Biology or related field.
• 5+ years of industry research in cell culture and assay development.
• Experience miniaturizing assays to 384- and 1536-well plates.
• Strong data analysis and statistics skills.
• Fluency in English with good communication.

Aufgaben

• Develop, optimize, and validate robust cell-based assays including 3D models.
• Miniaturize assays to high-density plate formats.
• Maintain and QC mammalian cell lines including iPSCs.
• Collaborate with HTS and Profiling teams to transfer assays.
• Run assays to generate data supporting SAR studies.
• Analyze data using Genedata Screener and Spotfire.
