Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a pharma industry laboratory.
• Proficient in cell culture, molecular biology and biochemical techniques; familiar with metabolic/cardiovascular cellular models.
• Fluent in English, strong written and spoken communication; teamwork oriented.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.

Aufgaben

• Cultivate primary cell lines from human/animal tissues and optimize isolation/maintenance.
• Perform cell-based and enzymatic assays to study metabolic pathways.
• Apply advanced techniques like cell painting and Seahorse to assess cellular bioenergetics.
• Use qPCR, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry to analyze samples.
• Analyze data and prepare reports/presentations communicating findings clearly.
• Experience with animal handling and metabolic experiments is advantageous.
