Roche’s Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development (pRED) organization seeks a scientist to develop and optimize cell‑based assays, including 3D models, to power drug discovery. You will miniaturize workflows to 384‑ and 1536‑well formats and work with automated systems to deliver robust, high‑quality data.
You will maintain diverse mammalian cell lines, analyze complex datasets with Genedata Screener and Spotfire, and present findings to cross‑functional teams, contributing to SAR studies

Therapeutic Modalities (TMo) organization, accountable for translating disease biology into high-quality drug candidates across small molecules, large molecules, oligonucleotides, and genomic medicines. By integrating deep modality expertise with cross‑disciplinary collaboration, TMo drives innovation within and across platforms to enable differentiated, sustainable therapeutic impact.
