Planted is seeking a Procurement leader in Switzerland to drive indirect and CAPEX sourcing, optimise costs and govern procurement governance. You will steer complex negotiations, build robust business cases and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure long‑term value.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in procurement, a commercial and TCO mindset, strong analytical skills and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Bring 3+ years of Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing experience, ideally in F&B or packaging.
• Demonstrate proven strategic sourcing and complex negotiations across indirect spend.
• CAPEX procurement, construction or industrial investment project experience is a strong plus.
• Strong commercial and TCO mindset with numbers-driven business case building and KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Drive and execute the procurement strategy for Indirect Procurement and CAPEX.
• Lead strategic sourcing and complex negotiations across indirect spend categories.
• Lead CAPEX investments from tendering to contracting with Engineering and Operations.
• Apply Total Cost of Ownership principles to CAPEX decisions across lifecycle costs.
• Drive Procurement Excellence & Governance including P2P, policies and supplier governance.
• Automate procurement processes and increase spend transparency.
• Partner with stakeholders across Planted and represent Procurement in cross‑functional projects.
