Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Project Logistics Sales.

Aufgaben

• Actively search for new customers in Europe region focusing on Project Logistics.
• Establish and maintain a plan of meetings with customers.
• Retain and develop existing customers.
• Close objectives using sales lists; timely closing of the set objectives.
• Draft and maintain contracts; negotiate payment terms; update documents in the electronic system.
• Identify regularity of customer needs and log in the customer portfolio.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and address nonconformities.
• Use CRM to document activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics to join our team in Zurich.

Main responsibilities:

• Active search for new Customers in Europe region majoring in selling Project Logistics services;
• Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers;
• Retention and development of existing Customers;
• Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives;
• Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system;
• Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio;
• Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity;
• Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

Skills:
