Zusammenfassung

SR Technics Group is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Switzerland to manage end-to-end packing and shipment, including SAP documentation, and to coordinate express outbound and inbound deliveries. You will work to ensure compliance with quality and dangerous goods regulations and partner with forwarding agents.

The role requires a Logistics Apprenticeship or equivalent, strong communication, English level at least B1, and readiness for shift/weekend work.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end packing and shipment process, including packing materials, SAP documentation and archiving, and handover to forwarding agents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable quality, secure air freight, and dangerous goods regulations throughout the logistics process.
• Coordinate express outbound transport to the cargo handling agent at ZRH airport and process express inbound deliveries.
• Perform truck loading and unloading operations while ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operational workflows and maintain a strong customer-focused approach.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence by implementing and maintaining 5S standards.

As Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for packing all kinds of material, according to regulations and service level agreements, on time for dispatching and supporting express inbound and outbound deliveries. You will take care of your equipment and machines and act in economically favorable terms and conditions with a good customer behavior and thinking. You will support SR Technics in meeting its growth objectives.
