AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG in Zurich is seeking a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics to drive growth in international shipments and develop key accounts.

You will identify and approach new customers in Europe, maintain and renew contracts, negotiate terms, and use the CRM to document activity and forecast sales.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Project Logistics Sales.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry.
• Deep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation.
• Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach.
• Existing book of business will be a good advantage.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Active search for new Customers in Europe region majoring in selling Project Logistics services.
• Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers.
• Retention and development of existing Customers.
• Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives.
• Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.
• Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio.
• Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity.
• Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics to join our team in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Active search for new Customers in Europe region majoring in selling Project Logistics services;
• Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers;
