AsstrA seeks a high-impact Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in Zürich within an international logistics group. You will drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and lead key client negotiations to expand our market share.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, strengthen relationships with Hi-Tech, Energy, OEM, and Pharma clients, and shape tailored logistics solutions while leading a small team or country unit.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transport.
• Strong commercial background and successful experience in business development.
• Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization.
• Ability to develop sales activity and build business from the market.
• Understanding of operational processes in logistics.
• Experience in managing business results, KPIs and profitability.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the business development strategy for the market.
• Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition.
• Personally participate in key customer meetings, negotiations, and strategic commercial activities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Improve internal processes, cooperation, and operational performance.
• Represent AsstrA in the local logistics market.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients in Hi-Tech, Energy, OEM, and Pharma sectors.
• Leverage industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored logistics solutions for key accounts.
