Adnovum is seeking a motivated professional to join our internal IT team in Zurich and shape our SAP landscape and reporting solutions, translating business needs into practical SAP and Power BI outcomes.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, users and external providers to ensure reliable SAP operations, contribute to analytics, own SAP Basis topics and provide 2nd‑level support, with a hybrid work model and ample development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Degree in business information systems, computer science, or a comparable field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an SAP environment.
• Interest in developing SAP expertise and Power BI focus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in operations, support, testing, or IT projects.
• Interest in interface between business, IT and service providers.
• Strong communication skills and structured, analytical mindset.
• Very good German and good English skills.

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our internal IT team and help shape the future of our business application landscape. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Owners, users, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure the reliable operation and continuous improvement of our SAP environment and reporting solutions. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating business needs into practical and sustainable solutions.

What You’re Going To Do

• Contributing to application projects and supporting the continuous development of business applications
• Coordinating requirements and solutions with users, Business Owners, internal stakeholders, and external service providers
• Translating business requirements into suitable technical solutions
• Supporting the operation and continuous development of the SAP environment
• Taking ownership of SAP Basis-related topics and coordinating technical activities together with external SAP specialists
• Providing 2nd-level support and coordinating the resolution of application-related incidents
• Supporting testing activities, changes, releases, and smaller application enhancements
• Gradually building up expertise in Power BI and contributing to the further development of our reporting and analytics solutions
• Documenting application changes, processes, and technical knowledge
• Contributing to stable and efficient application operations through proactive collaboration with stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Degree in business information systems, computer science, or a comparable field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an SAP environment, ideally in application management, support, or a comparable role
• Interest in developing deeper SAP expertise and growing into a Power BI-focused role
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Initial experience in application operations, support, testing, change management, or smaller IT projects
• Interest in working at the interface between business, IT, and external service providers
• Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good German skills and good English skills
