Job summary

Adnovum is seeking a motivated professional to join our internal IT team in Zurich and shape our SAP landscape and reporting solutions, translating business needs into practical SAP and Power BI outcomes.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, users and external providers to ensure reliable SAP operations, contribute to analytics, own SAP Basis topics and provide 2nd‑level support, with a hybrid work model and ample development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in business information systems, computer science, or a comparable field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an SAP environment.
• Interest in developing SAP expertise and Power BI focus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in operations, support, testing, or IT projects.
• Interest in interface between business, IT and service providers.
• Strong communication skills and structured, analytical mindset.
• Very good German and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to application projects and developing business applications.
• Coordinate requirements with users, Owners, stakeholders and providers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support SAP environment operation and development.
• Own SAP Basis topics and coordinate with external SAP specialists.
• Provide 2nd-level support and coordinate incident resolution.
• Support testing, changes, releases and minor enhancements.
• Build Power BI expertise and contribute to reporting/analytics.
• Document changes, processes, and technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure stable operations.
