On in Zürich West seeks a seasoned Happiness Delivery System Specialist to own the financial lifecycle for our BPO operations. You will manage PO-to-Pay, drive cost and performance reporting, and work with leadership to turn data into strategic decisions.

You will analyze KPIs such as Cost Per Hour and Cost per Interaction, build executive monthly reports, and lead cross-functional improvement projects. English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on operations leadership in BPO or CS environments.
• Strong analytical and budgeting abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Experience driving improvements across cost, quality and customer metrics.

• Own end-to-end PO2PAY process and vendor invoice evaluation.
• Develop reporting that compares costs to budgets and forecasts.
• Translate metrics into executive monthly reports on operational health.
• Identify improvements and lead end-to-end initiatives as project manager.
• Support scalable expansion by coordinating vendor integrations.
