Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills translated into technical actions.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication, written and spoken.

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey from requirements to delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Design scalable, tailored ERP automation solutions aligned with client workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate with existing systems and solve technical challenges.

• Collaborate with sales to craft implementation plans aligned to customer needs.
