Zusammenfassung

WSP is looking for a Business Controller in Zurich or Luzern to partner with managers and guide budget policy. You will monitor financial data, support ERP implementation, and drive analytical tools in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in finance, strong Excel and modelling skills, and fluency in German and English (French helpful). The role offers flexible and remote work options within Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance role within a project-driven environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI and financial reporting tools (Hyperion, Dynamics 365, Oracle).
• Digital-savvy with AI awareness and continuous improvement mindset.
• Pragmatic, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced international setting.
• Fluent in German and English, with good French proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and present reports in English, German and French if possible.
• Manage the budget process with internal clients.
• Monitor and analyse economic and financial data for units and projects.
• Propose and follow up on corrective actions when needed.
• Implement analytical tools to support the Finance Director’s decisions.
• Support the finance team in the implementation of a new ERP.
