Fusalp in Aubonne is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a two-member sales team and drive commercial performance on the shop floor. The role combines active leadership with hands-on daily boutique operations, until 31 March 2027 with the possibility of a permanent contract.

You will engage local and international clients, develop product knowledge, and push for targets while maintaining boutique standards and a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful retail or customer-facing sales experience, ideally in fashion, premium retail, luxury or service-led environment.
• You have a genuine sales mindset: you enjoy approaching clients, understanding their needs and working towards commercial targets.
• Energy, initiative and ability to create positive momentum on the sales floor.
• Reliability, team spirit and a hands-on attitude.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead a close-knit team of two Sales Associates and drive strong commercial performance.
• Actively contribute to sales targets, KPIs, clienteling and repeat business.
• Develop product knowledge and share heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise with enthusiasm.
• Be proactive on the sales floor: approach clients, create opportunities and drive boutique rhythm.
• Participate in daily operations including visual merchandising, stock deliveries, replenishment, inventories and boutique standards.
