Job summary

Fusalp Aubonne boutique seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a two-person Sales Associate team and drive strong commercial performance on the shop floor and in daily operations.

This hands-on leadership role offers full ownership of client experience, stock management and merchandising. The fixed-term contract runs until 31 March 2027, with potential for permanency and growth within an international house.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of KPIs and sales targets.
• Hands-on, engaging leadership with presence on the shop floor.
• Fluent French and English; weekend and peak trading availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Aubonne boutique with full ownership of commercial performance.
• Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs; coach the team in real time.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and retain a high-performing team; set clear expectations.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock, cash handling and operational standards.
• Build relationships with local and international clients and partners.
