Job summary

A. Lange & Söhne in Geneva seeks a dedicated Boutique Manager to translate corporate objectives into day-to-day operations at the boutique level. You will reflect the brand image, drive sales targets, and assist the boutique manager in achieving goals with effective resource use and CRM tools.

You will lead sales operations, manage the team, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines while delivering exceptional customer experiences and VIP relations.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy.
• Maximize profit while controlling costs (discount, expenses, commissions).
• Organize private viewings with potential VIPs.
• Discuss business opportunities and action plans with the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
• Assist boutique manager in exceeding boutique budgets and implementing HQ guidelines.
• Ensure boutique KPIs defined by the Boutique Manager/regional brand manager.
• Support monthly boutique meetings and follow-up actions.
• Organize boutique team schedules and resolve conflicts to ensure fair working hours.
