Zusammenfassung

A leading biotechnology software company in Zurich seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to lead customer rollouts of its R&D platform. The ideal candidate will have an MS or Ph.D. in a scientific field and a minimum of 2 years experience in a lab or R&D. This role requires strong project management and communication skills to interact with customers and guide implementations. The position offers a hybrid work model with a focus on in-office collaboration three days a week.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in a lab or R&D setting.
• Experience with software implementation in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on customer and project needs.

Aufgaben

• Manage rollouts for new Benchling customers and expansion projects.
• Build and execute detailed project plans for high-quality deployments.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers during the implementation.
