Swisslinx is seeking a capability-driven specialist to support upstream manufacturing campaigns in Visp, Switzerland, within a highly regulated GMP environment. You will combine biotech expertise with leadership to collaborate with production teams and drive continuous improvement across campaigns.

You will serve as a primary contact for production issues and assist with equipment readiness, technical changes, and cross-functional problem solving, while promoting safety, quality, and timely

Qualifikationen

• Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in production campaigns.
• Strong technical knowledge in biotechnology and cell culture.

Aufgaben

• Support the execution of production campaigns, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and delivery objectives.
• Act as a key contact for production-related issues, investigations, escalations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Support the technical readiness of manufacturing suites and equipment and the implementation of technical changes.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and best practices across manufacturing operations.
• Participate in risk assessments, inspections, compliance activities, and CAPA implementation.
• Support Production Leaders and teams with communication, training, onboarding, coaching, and employee development.

Job Description

Work with a leading biotechnology organization in Visp, supporting upstream manufacturing operations in a highly regulated GMP environment. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise in biotechnology and mammalian cell culture with leadership and operational support, working closely with production teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful manufacturing campaigns and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong GMP knowledge and experience within regulated manufacturing.

• Understanding of business and financial processes.
• Fluent/proficient English.
