Zusammenfassung

Lonza Group AG in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking an Automation Engineer MES / DeltaV to implement, optimize and support MES and DeltaV systems within biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This on-site role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality and real-time collaboration with Manufacturing, Process Development, Automation, Engineering and Quality teams.

You will design MES recipes, validate DeltaV strategies, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain extensive GMP documentation while driving

Qualifikationen

Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of MES systems and DeltaV process controls.
Understanding GMP and validation activities.

Aufgaben

Design, implement, and validate MES recipes and DeltaV control strategies.
Collaborate with manufacturing, process development, automation, engineering and quality teams.
Troubleshoot MES and DeltaV issues to minimize disruptions.
Create and maintain GMP documentation and validation records.
Train end users and provide ongoing system expertise.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and automation performance.
Support adoption of new technologies and digital manufacturing solutions.
