Procurement Fulfillment Assistant (Chinese- and English-speaking)

We are looking for a determined and team-oriented person to join our team as a Procurement Fulfillment Assistant

Empleo: Permanent

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of general procurement and administrative procurement processes, from PR entry and PO issuance to receipt/acceptance and payment follow-up.
• Monitor PR/PO status in line with internal controls, financial reporting objectives and SLAs; provide regular reporting and timely escalation of exceptions.
• Coordinate and lead remediation efforts for issues arising during PR entry, PO issuance, acceptance/review and payment tracking.
• Monitor departmental adherence to procurement processes and drive continuous process optimization.
• Promote and deliver training on relevant business processes to ensure standardized frontline execution.
• Analyze fulfillment data, identify and report risks, and implement regular monitoring to support efficient operations.
• Manage special procurement cases (e.g., self-purchase) end-to-end, including payment requests and tracking; ensure compliant process execution.
• Conduct periodic self-audits for special procurement projects.
• Handle team administrative duties: organize monthly meetings, track procurement KPIs, support regional supplier events, coordinate seasonal procurement consolidation meetings, prepare management policies, coordinate platform marketing activities and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Profile / Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in procurement, finance or related field, with several years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and financial process management; systematic, compliance-focused working style.
• Good cross-cultural communication skills and local working experience; proven ability to collaborate effectively with local teams.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; additional languages are a plus.
