Julius Baer in Zurich is seeking a service-driven HR professional to join our HR Support Services team. You will manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee data, and support employees with everyday HR matters in German-speaking Switzerland.

You will serve as the first point of contact for benefits, employment conditions, absence and working time questions, and provide general administrative support while continuously improving HR tools and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship; HR education is a plus.
• Experience in onboarding/offboarding.
• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
• Experience in a financial sector environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new joiners with contracts and data collection.
• Offboard employees with required documents and certificates.
• Maintain employee data and personnel files.
• Handle HR inquiries as first point of contact for benefits and conditions.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in optimizing HR Support Services processes.
