Roche is seeking an Operations Portfolio Lead in Switzerland to drive end-to-end lifecycle management of the Diagnostics GO portfolio. You will translate business goals into clear priorities, influence senior leadership, and bridge strategy with execution across global teams.

You will own long-range roadmaps, optimize manufacturing costs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering value to customers and patients. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business discipline; MSc, MBA, or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality & Regulatory in global matrix roles.
• 5 years of leadership experience in a global setting with indirect, functional matrix leadership to senior cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience driving operational excellence, portfolio integration, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management in a complex network.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for a 5- to 10-year product roadmap aligned with strategy and LCT/Diagnostics Operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply interruptions and optimize cost structures.
• Plan, fund, and execute product care and process improvements to enhance quality and reliability.
• Act as Global Operations representative in Life Cycle Teams and Product Care Quality Teams.
• Manage stakeholder networks across Customer Areas, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations functions.
• Drive strategic governance, resource trade-offs, and portfolio investment business cases.
• Oversee portfolio financial KPIs and budgets within a Total Cost of Ownership framework.
