Roche in Switzerland seeks an Operations Portfolio Lead to manage the Diagnostics Global Operations product portfolio across its lifecycle.

You will lead strategic planning, optimize costs, and coordinate with Life Cycle Teams, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory while influencing senior leaders. Travel up to 20% of the time.

The role requires 8+ years in diagnostics/pharma, 5 years in global leadership, and a MSc/MBa preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry with an understanding of Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality & Regulatory frameworks.
• 5 years of leadership experience in a global setting, providing indirect, functional matrix leadership to senior cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience driving operational excellence, portfolio roadmaps, and product life-cycle management within a complex network.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end portfolio strategy for the assigned product portfolio across its lifecycle.
• Bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating goals into priorities for Global Operations.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve supply interruptions and optimize cost structures.
• Represent the portfolio in Life Cycle Teams and Product Care Quality Teams and govern resource trade-offs.
• Balance budgets and capacities across a global ecosystem to meet business objectives.
