Job summary

Roche is seeking an Operations Portfolio Lead within Diagnostics Global Operations. You will own end-to-end lifecycle, translate business goals into portfolio priorities, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and ensure supply reliability.

This global, matrix leadership role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech, 5+ years leading globally, and the ability to influence senior leadership. Travel up to 20% is requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
• 5 years of leadership experience in a global setting.
• Strong understanding of Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality & Regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio lifecycle and develop product roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supply and cost.
• Act as primary Global Operations representative in Life Cycle Teams and Product Care Quality Teams.
• Manage stakeholder networks across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and other functions.
• Travel internationally up to 20%.
