Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team within the Savoy Brasserie & Bar. You will drive guest-focused service, manage bar operations, and collaborate with all departments to ensure flawless experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years in upscale hospitality, leadership skills, and fluency in German and English. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected; Swiss work rights required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in upscale hotel or catering, plus 2–3 years of experience.
• Leadership, organizational skills and ability to lead a diverse team with sensitivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication and guest handling.
• Very good knowledge of German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Right to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Lead your own team and ensure smooth, guest-oriented workflows across the house.
• Develop bar concepts and create drink menus.
• Demonstrate excellent product and sales knowledge.
• Ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Set up the bar, manage inventories and orders.
• Accurately post sales in the POS and ensure correct cash settlements.
• Support employee development with feedback and appraisals.
• Comply with HACCP hygiene and cleanliness standards.
