Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is seeking a Chef de Rang to support the Savoy Brasserie & Bar in delivering impeccable service. You will report to the Restaurant Supervisor and Assistant Restaurant Manager and handle professional guest care, service, and cash operations.

The role requires completed vocational training in hospitality, good German and English, and flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts within a luxury hotel in the heart of Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in hotel or catering.
• Knowledge of Infrasys and SevenRooms is advantageous.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

• Provide professional advice and customer care for guests.
• Serve food and drinks impeccably.
• Maintain high quality standards and hygiene.
• Prepare mise-en-place and keep the Savoy Brasserie & Bar tidy.
• Assist superiors in daily tasks and events.
• Record transactions accurately in the cash register system.
