Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich invites applications for a Chef de Rang Lounge to support our bar and brasserie team, delivering impeccable service to guests in a refined setting.

Based in Zurich within the Food & Beverage Department, you will handle professional guest care, serve food and drinks, maintain HACCP hygiene standards, and assist in events while ensuring accurate cash handling. German and English language skills required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry.
• First computer skills; knowledge of the Infrasys cash register system and the SevenRooms booking system would be advantageous.
• Communicative skills – guests will contact you with complaints as well as positive feedback.
• Open-mindedness and teamwork skills.
• Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma.
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure – weekend and holiday shifts.
• Very good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Successful applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben
