Job Description

Your mission:

As a Banquet Supervisor, you ensure the proper organisation and smooth running of the establishment's banquets and events. Present on the ground, you coordinate the teams and ensure the smooth running of the service, its quality and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be present on the ground and supervise the service activity during banquets and events. Organise the setup of rooms and ensure compliance with the establishment's standards. Ensure the smooth running of the service. Coordinate the different stages of events with the relevant departments. Welcome guests and provide professional and attentive service. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards and internal procedures. Participate in tidying up and restoring order to spaces after events. Ensure the transmission of information to management.

Your profile:

• Professional experience in the hotel and catering sector required. Experience in the banqueting and/or events sector is required. Experience in supervision or team management. Organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Ease in customer contact. Team spirit, dynamism and flexibility. Good stress resistance and ability to work in a demanding environment. Availability to work according to event schedules, including evenings and weekends. French and English required.
