IBM Consulting in Switzerland seeks an experienced FNZ Studio Developer (Version 2025/2024/2023) or IBM BPM Developer with 4–10 years of software development experience and a strong background in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess analytical and problem‑solving skills, agile experience, and hands‑on expertise in FNZ Studio.

Experience with other BPM/workflow platforms is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 4–10 years of software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with FNZ Studio OR IBM BPM.
• FNZ Studio experience is preferred; however, not mandatory with relevant BPM/workflow experience and willingness to develop FNZ Studio expertise.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance business workflows and solutions using FNZ Studio (Version 2025).
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend efficient automation and workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
