Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English; Swiss/EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit.
• French language skills are a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance business workflows using FNZ Studio (Version 2025).
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Participate in solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend efficient automation and workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
