• Participate in solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend efficient automation and workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced FNZ Studio Developer (Version 2025/2024/2023) or IBM BPM Developer with 4–10 years of software development experience and a strong background in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, experience working in Agile environments, and hands‑on expertise in developing and configuring solutions using FNZ Studio. Experience with other BPM/workflow platforms will be considered an added advantage.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 4–10 years of software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with FNZ Studio OR IBM BPM.
• Candidates with strong IBM BPM and a willingness to learn FNZ Studio will also be considered.
• FNZ Studio experience is preferred; however, it is not mandatory for candidates with relevant BPM/workflow experience and a strong willingness to develop FNZ Studio expertise.
• Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services, preferably in wealth management, investment platforms, capital markets, or financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.
