FNZ is seeking a Solution Consultant to join its Solution Consulting team in Switzerland, focusing on private banking and wealth management platform capabilities. You will translate business outcomes into platform requirements, guide configuration, and support delivery across multiple releases while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will bring consulting experience, strong SQL knowledge, and fluency in English; French or German is a strong asset.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in CRM, KYC, onboarding and client lifecycle management in private banking.
• Delivery/consulting environment in financial services/wealth market.
• Strong knowledge of databases, particularly Oracle/MS SQL Server.”

Aufgaben

• Define proposition and product requirements with FNZ customers and stakeholders.
• Provide platform configuration guidance and oversee MWS configuration.
• Lead delivery scope definition and break down features for multiple releases.
• Document bespoke customer requirements and translate into platform solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of platform changes with quality and reusability in mind.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients.
