FNZ Group in Switzerland is seeking a Solution Consultant to join the Solution Consulting team, providing expertise in the Private Banking and Wealth Management space. You will help define propositions, configure the Model Wealth Solution, and guide delivery to market-leading platform changes.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, training clients, and supporting sales in scoping and winning projects. Fluent English is essential; travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of delivery/consulting experience in financial services/wealth market.
• Expertise in CRM, KYC, onboarding and client lifecycle management.
• Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle/MS SQL Server) mandatory.
• Fluent English; French or German language skills are a strong asset.
• Willing to travel inter-region on demand.

• Define propositions and product requirements with customers; provide market expertise.
• Lead the Model Wealth Solution configuration and TOM design.
• Deliver platform change on time and to quality.
• Provide client training and knowledge transfer.
• Review design documentation for reusability and scalability.
• Support sales in winning and sizing new projects.
