Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Core Banking Business Analyst with expert knowledge of banking domain areas (Cash, Securities, Finance and Static Data, Fees, Tax, Treasury etc.) and has experience of migration project, batch Optimization, Accounting Transformation, new company creation. The successful candidate will work across multiple banking domains and support the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex banking requirements into practical solutions. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to large‑scale transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial environment.

  • Foreign Exchange, Deposits, Call Deposits, Fiduciary, Money Market, Credit, Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards, Cheque, Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Teller, Cash reconciliation (MT940/950)
  • Securities – Stock Exchange, STP Chain SX, Trade matching, Stock Delivery, Commodities, Corporate actions, Securities blocking, Derivatives, Funds/Hedge funds, Dividends and Income, Securities basic information, Securities lending, Securities reconciliation (MT535), Collateral management, FX options
  • Finance and Static Data – Accounting, Accounts, Client basic information, retrocession, risk management (Position, Limits etc.)
  • Reporting and Client Documents – Account statements, Transaction Advices, Portfolio holding statements, Legal reporting, EMIR reporting
  • Fees, Tax and Fiscality – Fiscality, Pricing, QI and FATCA, Stamp Tax
  • Treasury – Repo, IRS, OIS, Swaption
  • Technical – Company Acquisition & Integration, DMLO, Data Anonymization
• Experience with migration projects, batch optimization and accounting transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Strong French and English communication skills.
• Swiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permit.
